OneDev can use a system-level lite AI model to assist with quick, lightweight operations throughout the UI. Unlike AI users, which act as virtual collaborators you can work with on your projects, the lite model runs in the background to improve experience of some OneDev operations, such as query composition, code navigating, issue branch name generation, or pull request title/description composition.
📄️ Working with CLI and Skills
TOD—short for TheOneDev—is a cross-platform CLI for OneDev 15.1 and later. It lets coding agents query and update issues, pull requests, and builds; run CI/CD jobs against local changes; inspect build failures; and check out issue or pull request branches. Companion skills teach Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, OpenCode, and other SKILL.md-aware agents how to combine those commands into complete workflows.
